PORTLAND, Ore. (Oct. 31, 2022) – Courtyard at Mt. Tabor, an Integral Senior Living community specializing in independent living, assisted living and memory care, has announced plans to invest $2.2 million in renovations to its community upgrades.
The planned renovations aim to create a more inviting and warm living space, as well as provide more accessible and engaging areas. Some of these updates include refreshing and updating common area bathrooms, installing new carpet, adding new furniture in the assisted living and memory care units, and strategic redecorating of community spaces.
“The renovations exemplify ISL’s mission to continuously improve care for residents across every community,” Sherry Spacek, ISL regional director of Sales and Marketing, said. “Once the renovations are complete, residents will have a home that is even more beautiful and welcoming.”
Spacek says the guiding principle for the renovations is the goal to create a space and community that residents can feel proud to invite guests into and to feel at home.
No residents will be displaced during these renovations. Renovations are already underway, and the community plans to unveil completed changes in February 2023.
